Welcome to Tiffanyshopping.com. When you shop with us in our online store these terms apply. We recommend that you read the terms carefully before placing an order.



All shipped parcels are trackable. This makes it possible to track the package if any problems should occur. Your items are insured during shipping and we strongly suggest you check the contents of the parcel upon delivery. If the package and/or its contents are damaged, when you receive it, you must report this to GLS immediately, or no later than 2 days after receiving the parcel, and return the items to us. Tiffanyshopping.com is not responsible for items damaged during transport. We always carefully wrap the goods to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

At Tiffanyshopping.com we strive to deliver as fast as possible and to ship all orders within 1-2 working days. Longer delivery times are expected during sale periods. If you place your order on a Sunday or a public holiday you may also expect a longer delivery time. Tiffanyshopping.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners. In the case of significantly delayed goods (numerous days) or absent deliveries Tiffanyshopping.com will ship a new delivery at no cost. Please note that deliveries to Bornholm and other small islands may take up to 3 days.



We pay all shipping and delivery costs for all orders of 100 EUR or above. This also applies to goods bought on sale. All parcels are insured when shipped.

Tiffanyshopping.com offers full returns and refunds for 30 days from the day you receive your items. Items and packaging must be returned unused and in the same condition, they were in at delivery. Your returns must be sent directly to our address and we do not make refunds for items delivered to parcel shops. Upon receiving your items and approving the return we will make a return to your account as soon as possible. We only refund purchases by way of the original purchase. This, to avoid the illegal use of stolen payment cards. Please remember to leave a copy of your order confirmation in the parcel, on which you must note if you wish to have your money refunded. Return policy in regards to Christmas shopping Items purchased as Christmas presents may be returned up until and including January 20th. Please refer to the guide on returns above that demonstrates how to purchase a return label and how to ship the parcel to us. The items must be returned unused and undamaged. The hangtag must also be undamaged.



All items are covered by the Danish Purchasing Act’s 24 month right to complain. The right to complain means that you as a customer may complain about defects in your items that occur within 24 months after your purchase.

The right to complain does not cover defects, damages, and wear that occur due to wrong use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear. If you wish to complain, experience defects or do not receive your delivery please contact Customer Service via phone: +45 123038 or via email: info@tiffany.dk



If an item you are interested in is sold out please contact us via info@tiffany.dk. A member of our service team will then inform you about the option to be added to our waitlist for re-ordering the same or a similar product that may be of interest to you.



At Tiffanyshopping.com you may pay using VISA, EURO/Mastercard, VISA/Electron, Paypal, or Klarna. The amount will not be deducted from your account before the items have been shipped from our warehouse. All prices seen on Tiffanyshopping.com are shown in EUR and include VAT.
